Meet the team
Adam J Smith MIoR
Managing Director
Adam has worked continuously in the industrial roofing and cladding industry since 2006, gaining valuable experience both as an installer and a manager.
He spent his early career working for various well know cladding companies installing a range of different systems and products.
Adam then spent a number of years as a contracts manager, managing projects ranging from £500k to £4 million. He then transferred his knowledge, working for a highly recognised roofing and cladding consultancy for 3 years, offering independent roofing and cladding advice all over Europe which has built up a long-standing relationship with leading UK roofing and cladding manufacturers. Then in 2022, Adam founded AJS Consulting (Building Envelope Advisory Service) Ltd.

Director - Finance & Operations
Imogen joined our team in the middle of 2022 to run our operations and accounts sector.
Since starting, Imogen has brought in a range of ideas and processes to give AJS the advance we need.
Josh Wardle
Roofing & Cladding Consultant
Josh joined our team at the end of 2022 to assist AJS’s goal to educate the industry.
Josh has experience in installation of built up, composite and rainscreen systems and is a valuable member of the team.
